Twang Inspired Spicy Beer Cocktail Recipe

The Cocktail Spice Chili-Lime Bloody Mary Sea Salt rimmed Michelada is very interesting beer cocktail that is tantalizing to your taste buds and its recipe can vary as much as the Bloody Mary.  What you're essentially doing with this beer drink is spicing up your beer to your personal taste with different spices.  The pleasant intensity of the Ancho-style chili peppers plus the distinctive tang of sea salt deliver the Twang kick.  The lime juice chills everything out and depending on which sauces you use and how much of each, it can become a very spicy mixed drink. The Michelada is a popular Mexican drink and really is best with one of the native beers like Tecate, XX’s or any other Mexican Import.

Ingredients:
12 oz. of beer
4 Dashes of Tabasco sauce (or to taste)
4 Dashes of Worcestershire sauce
2 Dashes of Maggi
2 Dashes of Celery Salt
1 Entire juice of a lime
Splash of Olive juice
Fresh ground pepper to taste
4 oz. Bloody Mary Mix, Clamato Juice, or Tomato Juice (or to taste)

Preparation:
Coat a 22 oz. chilled pilsner glass with lime then rim with the Cocktail Spice Chili-Lime Bloody Mary Sea Salt.  Use the 22 oz. pilsner glass so that you are able to use all the ingredients and beer in one serving.  Pour all the ingredients over ice in the glass.  Pour the beer and enjoy!
Garnish with a celery stock, olives, and a lime.
